Full GDPR compliance as an EU-based data controller and processor. International data transfers are protected by EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Your data is protected under the highest European standards.

Encryption

Audio, transcripts and summaries are encrypted in transit and at rest. That covers every copy, from the moment you upload a recording to the moment you delete it.

Access Controls

Access is role-based: owners, admins, members and viewers each see a different amount. Secure share links require the recipient to sign in and stop working after 30 days. Sensitive actions are recorded as audit events on the server.

Data Retention

Recordings and transcripts stay in your workspace until an authorised user deletes them, and deletion is permanent rather than a hidden archive. Configurable retention periods are on the way.

Privacy Commitments

No Training on Your Data

Your audio and transcripts are never used to train AI models. The AI providers we use process a meeting only to return its transcript and summary, and your conversations remain yours.

Data Minimization

We collect only what's necessary to provide the service. Original audio can be deleted after transcription if preferred.
