Team activity
What your team recorded and decided this week, with its action items and AI assistant lookups, for the Owner and Admins with oversight on Business.
Team activity shows what your whole team recorded and decided in one place: how many meetings, decisions and action items, how often your team used VoiceCap from an AI assistant, and a list of the meetings behind them. Open it from Team activity in the sidebar. It's part of the Business plan.
Who sees it
- The Owner, while owner oversight is turned on.
- An Admin the Owner gave oversight to. See Private meetings.
Anyone else who opens it goes back to Settings > Members. Team activity lists only meetings you can open, which with oversight is every finished meeting in the organization.
What it shows
Four numbers sit at the top: meetings recorded, decisions made, action items and AI assistant lookups. action items counts every action item from those meetings, done or not. AI assistant lookups counts how many times people in your organization looked something up in VoiceCap from Claude, ChatGPT or another AI assistant connected through the MCP server. Lookups that failed aren't counted.
Below them, the table lists the meetings with MEETING, RECORDED BY, GROUP and SHARED. Click a meeting to open it.
The SHARED column says how you come to see each meeting:

Opening a private meeting through oversight is written to the audit log.
Filtering and search
- This week (the default), Last week or Last 30 days. Weeks run Monday to Sunday in your time zone, which you set on your profile.
- Every member, or one person who recorded the meetings.
- Every group, or one group.
- Search all team meetings narrows the list by meeting title.
The numbers at the top follow the same filters. AI assistant lookups follows only the period and the member: a lookup isn't tied to a group or a meeting title, so while you've picked a group or typed a search it shows a dash instead of a number. Search transcripts opens the full search to look inside what was said.
On Free and Pro
The Owner with owner oversight turned on still opens any team meeting, as before. Team activity shows "You can still open any team meeting. Business adds this overview, the weekly digest and oversight for admins." with See Business. Other Admins see what Team activity does and how to upgrade.
