The Free, Pro, and Unlimited plans, how their minute limits scale with paid seats, and how bonus minutes work.
Every organization is on a plan that sets how many transcription minutes it gets each month. See your current plan and usage on Settings > Billing.
The three plans

A paid seat is anyone with the Owner, Admin, or Member role. Viewer doesn't use a seat. Seats and roles covers who counts and who doesn't.
How the limit scales with seats
On Free, the limit is a flat 60 minutes for the whole organization. Free organizations can only have one paid seat (the owner), so there's nothing to scale there.
On Pro and Unlimited, the monthly minutes multiply by the number of paid seats. Three Members and an Admin on Pro get 4,000 minutes a month, not 1,000. Add a fifth paid member and the limit becomes 5,000 as soon as that seat is active. Unlimited has no minute cap regardless of seat count.
Minutes are counted from meetings that have finished transcription (status completed) during the current billing period. A meeting still processing doesn't count against the limit yet.
Bonus minutes
VoiceCap can add bonus minutes to an organization's account on top of the plan limit above. Bonus minutes don't reset with the billing period the way plan minutes do. They stay on the account until changed. The usage meter on Settings > Billing shows how many bonus minutes are included when your organization has any.
