Profile settings
What you can change about your own account, and where each setting lives on the Profile page.
Settings > Profile is where you manage your own account: photo, name, notifications, and summary language. Organization-wide settings like the organization name live elsewhere; see Creating an organization.
Avatar and display name
- Go to Settings > Profile.
- Click Change Avatar to upload a photo. VoiceCap accepts JPEG, PNG, GIF, or WebP, up to 5MB.
- Edit Display Name and click Save Changes.
Your email address is shown on this page but you can't edit it here. There's no way to change the address you signed up with.
Password
If you signed up with email and password, a Password card appears further down this page. If your account only ever used a magic link, this card doesn't show up at all. See Changing your password for the fields and the reset flow.
Notifications
The Notifications card has one toggle: Email on transcription complete, on by default. Turn it off if you'd rather check the app than your inbox.
Summary language
The Summary Language card lets you pick a language for your own meeting summaries, overriding your organization's default. Leave it unset to keep using whatever the organization has configured.
